1. It has a friendly, helpful, supportive and welcoming community. As a newbie to building my business online I felt a bit apprehensive at first to ask a question, thinking that my question was very silly. However, in order to move forward I needed to understand what was my next step. After gaining enough courage I finally asked my question. Believe it or not, within seconds of asking my question I had several individuals including leaders stepping up and giving me the answers to my questions. This was a real surprise to me.
