The Goddard School, Pflugerville, TX

This is a really great daycare. It is well run and my son loves his teachers.

We started out at this school because it was close to our house, the owner seemed nice, and it had good compliance with DFPS regulations. Our family moved after our son had attended Goddard just a bit under one year and we now live about 20 mins away. However, because we like the school so much, we still bring our son here - passing by 5-6 other daycare facilities along the way in each direction.

A Great place that is worthy of your trust. Having a child totally changed me and my perceptions. It changes a lot about you and opens new doors for how much you can possibly love someone. Unfortunately, it also pushes new boundaries for how much you can worry about someone, lol. It can be pretty stressful when you start realizing that you are about to entrust the most important thing in your life EVER to some strangers while you go sit and work and wonder what your child is doing and if they are ok. All right, maybe I'm exaggerating a little, but mostly this is true.
When we first met the folks at Goddard, they were great at acknowledging the rational and irrational fears you get as a parent. From hospital grade cleaning by Dis.In.FX to limited access to everyone but students and temp checks at the door; From keeping us informed with messages and pics all day to let us know she is safe and healthy, especially during such scary times with COVID-19 knocking on our doors; We are so thankful to the entire staff at Goddard Pflugerville for being there. I have a 3 years old son who goes to this school and I have to say I am super happy and highly recommending to anyone who is looking for a school with such a high education level classes for your kids. This school is very clean,organize place to be at.I love their healthy snacks and great teachers they have. School owner is a super nice understanding person who look into every detail of the school to make sure all these kids from Infant age to older ages are in a great environment and well care. I have to say communication is one of the main great things this school has that you see between staff and management team. This is one amazing school and we drove here from Manor daily for over 1.5 years just because of how much it helped our daughter's development. We only left because we moved and that made the location less convenient for us. The teachers truly care about the children and do so many activities with them, including exploring art and being outdoors a lot. The owner Ashok is extremely involved with everything happening there and is the most accommodating person I've ever dealt with in such a setting. My daughter has been attending Goddard since summer of 2017 and I will say I can’t be more pleased. When I come in to pick her up she is all smiles as she greets me and says goodbye to her teachers and classmates (along with the occasional hugs to the teachers). The staff is friendly, involved, and informative.

My background is military, 17 years, and I can say that Goddard Pflugerville runs a tight ship in terms of operations. Feeding, naps, STEAM activities, and physical/recess time are all scheduled and followed for the most part (there is a level of flexibility necessary for a school room full of children). I receive pictures and updates on the daycare’s app which is great. Anywhere from potty attempts, to amount of food eaten, to amount of time slept.
