The Goddard School of Southlake

The Goddard School of Southlake has been the BEST decision we have ever made. My husband and I toured several schools trying to make the right decision for our daughter. It was going to be her first time in child care and as a first time mom, I had all the nerves. We ended up touring The Goddard school twice because it was the one school out of our way, but the one school we felt 100% about. We made the decision to enroll her, although the commute is out of our way, we know we made the right decision. Our daughter loves all of her teachers and most days isn’t ready to come home! The staff always communicates with us regarding everything that happens with her day to day. In the first month of being at Goddard we saw a significant growth in our daughter, she has learned so much and excels everyday! The Goddard School at Southlake is amazing, culture and safety is the most highlighted features of this school. My daughter started attending The Goddard School full-time for about 3 years when she was 18 months old. During this time, we had a wonderful experience with great teachers, staff, managements, and The Goddard community. She loves and enjoys her time at school with all the fun and learning activities. These activities include circle time and storytelling, show and tell, reading, working with numbers, art works, solving puzzles, scientific experiments as well as playing with friends. My daughter was admitted to the top private school in DFW area and her current teachers have a very positive feedback about her prepration at The Goddard School. We love the The Goddard School at Southlake. Both of our kids started going to Goddard when they were 12 weeks old. Our daughter is now 5, in kindergarten and attending Goddard’s after school program and our son is 3 and in the pre-school class.
We’ve had great experience with all of the teachers; Ms. Vanessa and Amberina in the infant room and Ms. Tosha in First Steps have been at the school for over 5 years and my two kids always stop to say hi and hug their first teachers. In the older classrooms, we’ve had Ms. Gopi, Joselyne, Minnie, Michelle, Stephanie, and Sam; these teachers are dedicated and passionate about their job and love the kids coming through their classrooms.
The curriculum and lessons they plan prepared my daughter well for kindergarten. She entered school reading, counting, and able to do simple math. My kids love going to school and love their...

My child has been attending this school for 3 months. I am extremely happy with the teachers Ms Gopi and Ms Jocelyn. They are throughly professional and know their stuff. They are also fun and loving and kind and really care for their charges. My child is extremely happy here and so am I. Everyone from the owner to the office staff are so helpful and awesome. Two thumbs up.

We moved out of the state a month ago so our children no longer go to Goddard, but we have a 4 year old that attended it since she was 1.5 years old and our infant attended Goddard since she was 3 months old. Our kids would still be there if we could have stayed. Jenn and Minnie at the front desk are wonderful and will always listen to what the parents tell them and try to do everything they can do help. Amberina and Vanessa took care of our youngest in the infant class and were always there to listen to my baby trials and tribulations and offered valuable feedback about the baby. Gopi was our older daughter’s first teacher and she (and we) couldn’t ask for a better teacher and friend. She had our daughter potty trained by the time she was 2! Annie and Michelle are excellent and we couldn’t have asked for better teachers for preschool. They knew every single student’s strengths and...

I can't say enough great things about the Goddard School. From management: Ms Minnie and Ms Jenn, to the teachers: Ms Amberina, Ms Vanessa, Ms Jocelyn, Ms Gopi, Ms Chelsea, and many more, they have been instrumental in making my child, wife, and I comfortable and ensuring my child is in a safe and well nourished environment.

Our son started going to The Goddard School when he was 8 weeks old. You feel like a terrible parent dropping them off with complete strangers. We were extremely impressed with the previous ownership of Val Patel and the orientation we received about the school and teachers. We couldn’t have been more blessed with Ms. Vanessa and Ms. Amberina in the infant room. He never cried when we dropped him off and he was happy when we picked him up. You can feel through your children if they are being treated well, and we quickly felt extremely comfortable with all the teachers that cared for him. As he moved along to different rooms, we had awesome teachers like Ms. Tosha, Ms. Kelsey, Ms. Chelsea, Ms. Minnie. Today, he is in first steps 1 and we love Ms. Gopi, Ms. Mara, Ms. Joselyn, and Ms. Ashlee. We are very thankful for the present ownership of Ms Jennifer and what she is doing to continue...

We put our son in The Goddard School at the end of August when he was 10mo old. I was very nervous to leave him with anyone but from the very beginning everyone was awesome and made us feel very comfortable. He is in the First Steps class room with Ms. Tosha and Ms. Flor. They are the best! They helped our son adjust to being at school and now he just loves it. He is learning and growing so much and I attribute a lot of his development to the program at The Goddard School. I wanted an environment where the teachers actually love my child and I found it.
