The Goddard School of Herndon

I enrolled my daughter in The Goddard School of Herndon after having unfavorable experiences at two other child care facilities in the area. I am a single mother working in the hospitality industry. Like many careers, there are times that unfortunately I need to leave my daughter in child care for long hours. Having her in a facility where I know she is receiving the best possible care is the most important factor that puts my mind at ease while I am working. I look at Goddard as an investment in my child’s cognitive, as well as, emotional development.
My decision to continue to enroll my daughter in this positive learning environment is made with confidence. The administrative office staff is there when you first arrive saying good morning to my daughter by name. The teachers show genuine care for her as an individual when we walk into the class room each morning....

I like their innovative ways of connecting with the children.

We transferred to Goddard-Herndon due to its proximity to workplace in January. It has been 1 month, and my daughter has had a great experience so far. Teachers are caring and greet us every morning with smiles. based on what I hear from my daughter, I think their instruction and school work are individealized to each student' level. My daughter loves her teachers, her friends and the school. Every day, she is happy at school. When she has option to go to school vs. stay at home, she always opts to school. I am really glad we changed her to Goddard.

Everyone there truly cares about each kid. They are like a second family, which is so important when looking for someone to watch your children. I was so sad when we graduated, but I know my son is smarter and better prepared because of everyone there!

We recently moved from Maryland to Virginia and wanted to move our daughter to be in daycare near our new home. We chose the Goddard School for the stellar reputation that The Goddard School has across the area, and we have not been disappointed. Our daughter has learned a lot thanks to Goddard’s in depth curriculum and we really feel like she has developed substantially since we moved. All of the teachers at this Goddard location are really great and the up to date facilities make us feel like our daughter is in safe hands every day.

We recently moved from Charlotte, NC to Herndon, VA. While searching for a good daycare for our 2 year old, Goddard really stood out from the rest. Providing a tour of the facility, patiently answering our queries, taking us through step-by-step and making us feel comfortable with the entire process is what any parent would want. The entire team at Goddard, Herndon is outstanding.

Our little one has spent a month now @ this daycare and I must say we are very impressed with the teachers, curriculum and the updates we get every day. Look forward to exciting learning opportunities for our kid through the upcoming months / years.

The Goddard school staff are amazing! My son is always excited to go to school and looks forward to seeing his teachers each day. We are very grateful to have such a fine establishment so close to our home.

The quality and attention to detail, from the instructors to the decorations in the building. You really get the best of the best with this school!

Perhaps the best compliment that can be paid is that we have total faith and confidence in the staff at Goddard to provide the best care and education for our daughter. The staff inspires confidence and our daughter's growth and development is a testament to their skill and care.

We feel so great about sending our child to Goddard in Herndon. The staff is extremely friendly, educated, and responsive. The teachers are always working with our child on growth areas and keeping us informed on his progresses. We've seen our child really blossom at Goddard and are so grateful to have that peace of mind leaving him there five days a week. The facility is great! It's super clean and very well maintained. The Front Office Staff is very helpful and always knows what's going on in each classroom (how do they keep up? Wizards!) All around a great school full of smiles and success.
