The Goddard School of Georgetown MorningStar

I definitely recommend The Goddard School in the Morning Star neighborhood. My wife and I have a 2 year old going here who loves going to school! Our child has learned so much and is frequently talking about their friends and teachers at home. The directors Ms. L and Ms. K are friendly and welcoming yet professional. All of the staff know our child’s name and say “Hi” and “Bye” when we see them in the halls. I haven’t seen a single staff member who wasn’t smiling and happy to see the kids.

The directors are also receptive to parent feedback. We spoke with them about a concern we had, and they quickly remedied it, made sure it didn’t happen again, and regularly checked in with us about it.

All in all we highly recommend Goddard School in the Morning Star neighborhood 😊.

My son started attending Goddard Morningstar School a year ago.. He loves his teachers and has improved on his social skills enormously, he is courteous and respectful and more assertive.

My kid has been in 3 pre-schools and I can honestly say that Goddard at Morningstar has been the best. From Ms K, who can answer any question you have, to Ms T that is always helping. Ms L is a director like no other, as for her it's about the people; her staff, the parents and the kids. Extremely professional, but always making you feel part of the family. Ms Gaby you are a superstar! My son is having the time of his life, and you have a way of teaching them, while having fun. Moving our son to Goddard School was the best thing we have done for his education and care. We were extremely impressed with how much he learned in the first week and blown away by the things he knew after the first month.

We've had our son at Goddard School Morningstar since June 2021, and he absolutely loves it here. His teachers are great (Ms. Brianna - Early Toddler, and Ms. Gabby when he was in First Steps) - you can tell that they truly care about the kids and ensuring that they're learning and having fun. We get many photos throughout the day of what he's up to and a report at the end of each day with everything they did/ate etc. The admin team is also top-notch; they run a smooth ship, are genuinely caring & friendly, and are always trying to introduce ways to add value (Parents Night Out/activities around holidays, surveys for feedback, parent teacher conferences etc.). Most importantly, our son LOOKS FORWARD to going to school each day and is happy and thriving here.

My son will be attending The Goddard MorningStar School I was concerned at first and had doubts about the school but after speaking to the Executive Director Mrs. L she put me at ease. Very Excited.
