My godchildren attend here and the staff is always so kind. Plus the children love all of them and have so much fun!

My grandchildren attend the Goddard School! They are learning so much that I think they're far ahead in knowledge, and their manners and relational skills are excellent! I often drop them off at school, and the staff is always smiling and kind to me! My twin babies are so happy to go there every time! Thank God for the Goddard School!

My son has attended Goddard for 2 years and I love the program, staff and teachers at this school. The owner and directors are very involved with each child and parent and the teachers really care about our child’s well-being. My son has made amazing friendships and we’re very glad we chose Goddard out of the options we had for a preschool.

I'm an early childhood educator and have taught lower elementary and Headstart for for 8 years. Before I was an educator I was in private childcare for 7. I now present to educators across TX on social emotional skills in children. I'm saying this for two reasons- one, because my career has mad me EXTREMELY picky about who I trust my child with. And two- because I have witnessed good and bad teachers and facilities both as an educator AND a mom. My son goes to Goddard full time in the summer. I've been incredibly impressed by the staff's ability to be both professional and personable at the same time.

My son has ADHD, along with a few gross motor delays- and can be a handful. His teachers understand what is developmentally appropriate behavior, and how to support his growth moving forward. This has been rare for us and is appreciated in educators working with my son.

I can’t say enough good things about Goddard west Allen, Ms. Letty, Ms. Angela, and the teaching staff. They are always kind, compassionate and patient with my child. Ms. Letty is always willing to have a sit down conversation and address any questions, concerns or suggestions you may have. On morning drop off, Ms. Angela always greets us with a smile.

As many comments have stated, there have been illnesses happen, but that is expected with any daycare. I have never had any concerns over the communication from the leadership team to myself about anything going on in his classrooms.

This school is poorly managed. High turnover staff rates, unsafe practices, and poor maintenance. There was an outbreak of hand, foot, and mouth disease that was poorly handled, leading to some kids getting severely ill. The school did not notify parents and allowed a highly contagious infection to run rampant and get small children sick. Parents were not made aware or given the option to make a decision regarding the risk to their child's health. There was also mold recently discovered. Overall, management is terrible, does not communicate, and children are placed at risk. Do not take your child here if you value their health or well-being.

Best daycare ever!!! Ms Letty and her team are amazing. Ms Angela is always so warm and welcoming. Ms Imen, Cathline, Andrea are the best.

My daughter did not have a pleasant experience at this Goddard. Constant teacher changes, the food portions were ridiculously small not to mention the food that i paid for was poor quality worst than public school food i will not recommend for any child to eat that food you're better bringing food from home.

Teachers are constantly on their phones not paying attention to the kids and this was reported to admin but it keeps on happening.

There was mold in the kitchen although the problem was fixed when i asked my daughter's teacher she mentioned that there's a bigger problem throughout the school. I wish admin can be upfront about what's going on inside the school! We are all paying thousands of dollars for the best care and we are not getting that.

Our experience with this daycare has been highly disappointing due to their poor communication and lack of concern for the children’s well-being. My grandson contracted the hand, foot, and mouth virus following an outbreak at the center, and at no point did the owner or director reach out to check on his condition. Despite being aware of the outbreak, they failed to properly sanitize the facility, allowing the virus to spread from one classroom to another.

Based on this, I strongly advise against enrolling your child here if you expect proactive communication and care from the staff. As previously noted by other reviewers, this daycare seems to prioritize their own interests over the health and safety of the children. Please conduct thorough research before considering this facility for your child.
