The Financial ER

I have really enjoyed my experience with Financial ER! I was a bit apprehensive at first, because I wasn’t comfortable with giving all of my personal information to a stranger but I knew this needed to be done in order for them to do their job. They have done a Great job thus far Especially Joanna with keeping me informed with their progress. So, I would definitely recommend this company to my family and friends. I would say you have to have patience because this is a tedious process.

She was very professional and extremely informative in how your process works. She offered to follow up with me in a few weeks for an update. Everyone I’ve spoken to have been very kind and responsive, if items are removed, I’d definitely refer Financial ER to others who are looking to repair their credit.

Diana Was Amazing, Very friendly and very understanding of my question. She gave me realistic answers which is what I wanted to hear in regards to the credit repair and our progress so far. Not only did she answer all my question but in fact gave me scenarios of what to expect with regards to collection accounts and charge offs, and went over credit card option to not only help me, but to help my credit score increase as well. But most importantly Gave me the reassurance I needed to keep going on while you all take care of my disputes and if anything to call in regards to any concerns I may have. I truly do feel like I'm more than just a client . 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ all around.
