I signed up with Financial ER about 4,5 months ago. They have been nothing short of exceptional. What sets them apart is their people and their technology.

The first few months they were so professional I was convinced my rep was actually a state of the art AI because you get so much for not a lot of money. The program behind their model has to have cost a fortune to set up.

The dashboard is quite simply genius. They keep track of messages, you get an answer back right away if you have a question. You can text, email, pdf, call, voicemail and not only is there a trail- it’s all in your file that you could review at 2 in the morning if you wanted to.

I’m usually not fortunate enough to get capable people when I sign up for something like this therefore my expectations were low. After Covid? Capable people fell off the planet. Ms....

I’ld like to call out Maria Sanchez Rubio. She has always responded quickly, and made me more comfortable after just having a stroke. Everything is going better now and Maria has been very good at explaining everything. Please recognize her for me.

Diana is very knowledgeable and I appreciate her attentiveness… My husband and I applaud Diana explanation on the process, so we understand from the customers point of view!!!

Highly Recommend! The Financial ER helped me to delete a derogatory account from all 3 credit bureaus! While incarcerated, I got an account that went 60 days overdue! Not anymore give them a shot you will be glad you did! But be patient!
