I can’t say enough about a company like Financial ER who have caring employees who are straight forward, honest and very knowledgeable. Vanessa and Jessica both reached out to me wanting to make sure I understood the steps I had to take to better my credit score. Financial ER are very honest, they don’t waste your time or money. They will tell you if you really need their services or not. So many companies will scam you into spending money no matter what, not this company . They truly care and just want to help people. I’m grateful for that!

I’ve been with The Financial ER from November 29th. The onboarding process was easy and friendly. Joanna is assigned to work my credit profile and she is so understanding and friendly. Although the process has been longer than I anticipated, I know Joanna is working behind the scenes to help with achieving my credit success. I am hoping that my two late payments and closed account are removed so that I can say we did it!

This was a solid decision to get THe Financialer's help on my credit. The credit bureaus were doubling up on very old bills that had been paid but were not removed. IT was so bad I was in the low 300s today. After a year of corrections at each of the three credit reporting firms, my score more than doubled. I now have legs to stand on to keep my credit sound!
