I have been on Every diet known to the public, only to find out that I when I ended the diet I gained back more weight then when I started.
I have found that being on CLUB REDUCE after one week I was feeling GREAT health wise.
Dr. Berlin and his SUPER STAFF are AWESOME!
They are just a phone call away if you need some good advice.
This new way of eating in my life has taught me how to stay full by eating healthy food.
I went to the Tuesday night CLUB REDUCE seminar and signed up, that night changed my life.
If I can do it, anyone can do it!!!!
