In response to my previous review you responded to. I really thinks it's tacky to throw insults as it makes you guys come across even more guilty in stealing my glasses or damaging them and not telling me about it. The insult of saying we don't do free services is insane as it was only $160 which I paid on full despite my glasses being taken. I'm not making any of this up as I stated in the previous review that you guys did a great job with the cleaning services otherwise however your crew was an hour late from the 2:00 p.m. original time I had scheduled with you guys and they showed up at 3:00 p.m. You never responded in taking accountability for that of your crew being that late as well as someone in the crew of 4 that came in one of them either took my glasses or possibly damaged them during them cleaning as I told you they were on the floor on the carpet in my bedroom where I...

So the cleaning services I requested was at 2:00 p.m. they didn't arrive until 3 and said it was because of traffic. Once they got there I left my unit to allow them to clean. In the process of e they got done with the cleaning and they left I realized my Gucci glasses were missing. I left them in the unit as I remembered taking them off. I contacted Hector explained that my glasses were apparently taking or were damaged during their cleaning process. He basically denied it took up for his staff but didn't show any kind of empathy or any sense of seeing how he can make the issue as a first time client a good one based on what happened. The point of what I'm saying is the cleaners did and exceptional job but my glasses were stolen or they accidentally damaged them and if that was the case the cleaning staff could have communicated that to me which I explained to Hector and He tor...
