They did an excellent job. Hector responded very quickly to our initial inquiry, with all the information we needed, and the ladies who did the move-out cleaning were extremely nice and very thorough.

The making of appointments is not consistent .

They did a thorough job on my deep clean!

They used some kind of chemical to clean with, which I don’t mind, but it splashed on my stainless steel microwave and left a permanent, large, white stain! I texted to ask if they could come back to try to remove it, and if not if they could compensate, and I was completely ignored! Very unprofessional!

I didn’t have a great experience with the actual cleaning. The crew was very nice, easy to book an appointment and all the interaction with staff was great. My 6 bathroom floors were not swept or mopped. The attention to details was lacking. It was very expensive being that it was a deep clean and our first time but paying over 750 for a cleaning and it not being great was a disappointment. They did offer to come back and finish the floors the next day after I let them know but it was a hassle for me.

We had the “Crew” over to clean our house after we moved out. They did an amazing job! The house not only looked move in ready but smelled wonderful! I would highly recommend this company for any type of cleaning service from weekly to move in or out or anything in between. Thank you Hector and team!!
