Not sure how she did it, but Hunter made my kitchen floor and old, rippled carpets look wonderful. She vacuumed in little nooks and crannies I wouldn't expect anyone to clean. We ended up looking good for an old house.

First let me say, Lupe was wonderful. She did what she could while she was there. I had issues getting a response to schedule my initial cleaning. They scheduled me a day before my event. The day of the cleaning, they sent ONE person. It was supposed to be 2 or more. I then got communication that they were charging more than quoted because of dust build up. Duh! That's why I hired a cleaning service. I was in and out that day and did not see all the areas Lupe tried to clean by herself. Dust Devils sent 2 other cleaners on Monday (after the fact) to finish up. I told them the rooms that I knew were missed. But I noticed that windows were not cleaned and some surfaces were dusted, etc. It was not the cleaners fault. The areas that they did touch, were cleaned well. They offered a "discount" for their mistake. I expected better based on other reviews. I will try other services...
