My boyfriend and I ordered this service to help with a (deep clean) move out service for his parent's (empty) home that he is about to put on the market and needed a SERIOUS cleaning. Kierriea and Ashley showed up on time and wound up working a bit longer than scheduled (we appreciate that btw, thank you!). The house was sparkling clean, smelled good and looked great when we went back to check it out! It hadn't been cleaned in over a year or 2, and we for sure will use them again when the time comes for us to leave our apartment. Also, I want to add, although I had some issues by phone reaching them (their phone system at the time was buggy per Caitlin, their client services contact I emailed with), they were quick and responsive with every email exchange we had in setting up the date and time of the cleaning.
