The Dazzle Cleaning Company

Dazzling cleaning uses bait and switch tactics to overcharge for their services to fraudulently rip people off. Even after cancelling my membership and receiving a confirmation email they charged me 2 more monthly fees. When I tried to dispute the charges, suddenly I was told I had to pay $192 for early termination. They did not care that I only wanted a 1 time cleaning. They charge you even if you don't use the services. I appreciated the hard work of the gal that cleaned my house, but Dazzling cleaning creates circumstances where they get your money for services never rendered. I will NEVER use them again. It is much more economical to hire someone on an as needed basis vs being taken advantage of by a company whose ultimate goal is to hoodwink you.

I just had our house deep cleaned by Maddie and Katherine, words can not express enough how fantastic and awesome they are!

We have had a tough month as we had to let our younger puppy cross the rainbow bridge unexpectedly, had our hardwood floors replaced on two levels, and had surgery. Needless to say we have not been in the right mindset to clean up after the floors and after all of the above. Maddie and Katherine were a ray of sunshine and understood everything that we needed. They listened to everything but it was all about the extra touches they did. I was almost in tears after they left as before they came I was doing laundry and one of my favorite hoodies had the string come out of it. I left it on the bed for me to deal with later (that is never fun trying to rope the string through a hoodie) once they left I noticed the hoodie was folded...

Dazzle does an amazingly thorough job; in my first visit, there was a supervisor that stopped by to do a quality check, and rectified some potential issues before the crew was done. They use green products and arrange their schedule based on minimizing their carbon footprint. The office staff is friendly and thorough as well. I would recommend Dazzle to anyone looking for a clean home that delivers on sparkle and has zero stress for the homeowner. Thank you, Dazzle!
