Asking for help in cleaning your home and allowing someone in it is a big deal. I’m disappointed in our “deep clean,” but far more upset with the owner’s response to my concerns. We booked a deep clean for our mostly clean and well-organized house, just to get some additional help with the spots that don’t get as much attention (grout, corners, etc).

I came home to a floor that didn’t look to be mopped, with corners of dirt in several rooms and massive dust bunnies behind furniture. Furniture was not vacuumed, and overall, no real sense of “deep” clean.

I called the owner to discuss my concerns, and he told me that my house was “far too dirty” and “covered in smoke and soot.” Even after sending photos of the unclean corners and piled-up dust, he claimed my standards were much too high (what?). I hired Dazzle for a deep clean of my house and they did a fantastic job! The pre-appointment communications were speedy and informative and the cleaners showed up right on time on the day of. My house was left sparkling. I will definitely use Dazzle again!

Dazzle Cleaning is our favorite cleaning compaqny sin ce we started using them five years ago when we lived in a 2 bedroom apartment now we live a house with 2 bedrooms and an office, the amazing staff from Dazzle comes by every other week and clean for us - it is me and my wife and our dog, we are people that go in and out to the yard and to the nighborhood a lot and we tend to bring dirt and stuff back in with us, when the Dazzle crew finishes the cleaning you would not belive that we live in that house - everything is just sparkling clean! They even get all the dog hair to disapear!
Our kitch is usually a chalange to most cleaning people but not to the Dazzle crew - we keep a Kosher Kitchen which has its own rules that need to be kept to keep everything Kosher yet that never seems to be an issue to the crew, they ask questins and follow our request with a smile.

Had such HIGH HOPES that Dazzle Cleaning would leave my home sparkling and spotless. Unfortunately, although I clearly communicated in my reservation areas to focus on, my Cleaning Gal who arrived was a Spray & Wipe type rather than a nitty gritty getter done. Although She was very sweet, She was not thorough and Her lack of attention to detail left me less than dazzled. NEXT....
