The Dazzle Cleaning Company

First of all, the cleaner did a bad job of cleaning and when we wanted to discontinue the service the customer service team's response was really bad. I went 1 day past the auto-scheduled payment date when I wanted to discontinue the service. I did not use the service at all after the payment date and I was still charged for the entire month. They should have some flexibility for good customer experience but I guess they are all about making money by luring you to use their membership.

Dazzle Cleaning Company is fantastic!! From the start, they communicate professionally and completely (thanks for the early email reminder each month and the follow up text reminders, including eta!). People who have come to clean our house have always been very respectful and leave our house sparkling clean. Eli has been coming consistently the last several times and is a pleasure to work with. He’s professional, trustworthy, thorough, and always very friendly and kind to us. Thanks for everything you do to help keep our home clean, Dazzle, Eli, and others! :)

I use Dazzle for monthly home cleaning and have also had a deep clean. The booking process, website, and customer service are all great and very professional and responsive. I have never had a problem rescheduling when I needed or had my questions or requests answered promptly.

The quality of the actual cleaning can vary a lot, which is why I gave only 4 stars. It really depends on who you get that day, and you generally don't get the same person every time. I have had wonderful cleaners who go above and beyond, and some who just do the bare minimum and even leave things undone. I will say the customer service is responsive when there is something left totally uncleaned, but it is frustrating to have to ask them for that. All in all, the price is right so it's a decent service.

Probably the most dishonest cleaning service I've ever dealt with. The cleaners are fine, not good, if they even bother showing up. We had over 60% of cleaners just plain never show up or ask to reschedule within 10 mins of their start time, or even several hours after their appt time. The way the company charges is not honest and is overpriced. Would never recommend this company. Stay away.

We use Dazzle for bi-weekly cleaning services. They are awesome to work with, and our cleaner is fantastic! Highly recommended!

More details: I’m a very private person and having someone in my home cleaning very intimate areas is pretty intimidating! But, Dazzle made me feel comfortable and never judged. For my first experience, I got the “deep clean” service and it was great. My home had not really been so taken care of in nearly 5 years and I’m looking forward to the recurring “express clean”.

My new cleaning friend listened perfectly to my initial instructions and respected my home! They seemed to have and intuition about what I needed. Thank you, folks!

My cleaning was always consistent and well done. The first deep clean I had was a little less than thorough than I expected, some things still a little dusty. But I loved having my bi-weekly cleanings. For a reasonable price, my place was regularly vacuumed, mopped, my kitchen and dishes cleaned. Best decision I made for my overwhelming schedule. BEWARE of this company and the cancellation policy! If you discontinue services you must also cancel your recurring subscription to avoid being billed monthly. THEY WILL NOT TELL YOU THIS. Cleaners do not arrive as agreed and have the bare minimum supplies. It is difficult to request the same cleaner and EVERYTHING is done through their non user friendly app. Bottom line- I was billed for 4 months despite cancelling because I also did not cancel the recurring subscription. I could not locate a telephone number. This company should be required to be more transparent with their fees! I also feel scammed and would expect that this review will be removed to show onlu satisfactory comments.

The Dazzle cleaners are wonderful. They do an amazing job with deep cleans and the house sparkles once they're done!
