They did a nice job and were easy to work with.

This is a scam. They loop you in with their vouchers and charge you if you don't want their membership. Even after asking them to cancel my membership, they kept charging me. Poor support and website. Don't recommend

Very poor & unreliable experience. Had a much better experience with a trial cleaning with Handy and should have just booked with them again.

With Dazzle Cleaning Company, I had no shows on back to back days from 2 different cleaners, and there was no contact from the company and no way to leave feedback on the cleaners. One of the cleaners was 5-star reviewed but was unresponsive, no showed, and now there's no way for me to leave a review so the next person can avoid booking them or avoid the same experience. How does that make sense?

This is a scammy business. They trick you to signup for a subscription without your consent and then they charge you for the early termination fees.

The people were friendly and professional and did a great job.

They are not very clear at all about how the system works and about how you will be charged. You get locked into a 6 month contract when you sign up and it's very deceiving. It cost $49 per month then $17-26ish per hour each cleaner sets there own rate, then there is a small fee from dazzling. That being said it does still end up being a good deal of you get at least 2 cleanings. I also feel the booking process is pretty smooth and they do tell you ahead how much it will cost per cleaning. I also like that they credit your tip back to the next cleaning.
