The cleaners did a great job and ensured that we were satisfied!

Very disappointed with my experience! I booked a specific cleaner but my appointment was then given to a different cleaner, who didn't show up or respond to my messages. There is no contact phone number for help from Dazzle Cleaning and my issue wasn't addressed until 3 days later. At that point three other cleaners were suggested and yet, when I rescheduled, I was once again given a cleaner that I didn't choose and wasn't one of the three recommended. That cleaner was an hour late but did text me; they were nice and quick but the cleaning job was mediocre at best. I will NOT be bothering to use the 1.5 hour credit that I still have remaining and recommend not wasting your time with Dazzle Cleaning.

Couldn’t get ahold of anyone.

I'm so grateful for this company of compassionate and through cleaners. I was so anxious about using a cleaning company because I have a lot of emotional baggage with keeping a clean house. When the pandemic started, it made things a lot worse. But, honestly, the stress with having a messy and cluttered house is a big pain that I feel immediately relieved if when they come.

Plus I love how diverse their staff is and that the company pays them well. Those are important things to me.

Definitely recommend giving them a try for yourself or getting a deep cleaning for your stressed out friends.

My Dazzle cleaner has been coming biweekly for almost a year and continues to impress with their mad bedazzling skills. The office crew is great with service and communication, too. Highly recommended.

I have been extremely happy with Dazzle as my cleaning service. Their staff is well trained and have wonderful customer service. Would highly recommend.

We used Dazzle for a much needed deep clean and they did an incredible job. They arrived on time and I now have the spotless apartment of my dreams! I’ll definitely be using them again.

The cleaning was okay. But the company “tricked” me into signing a subscription service and it charges a ton of money for canceling it. Please don’t make the same mistake as I did. Their promotion made cleaning sound cheap but actually it’s super expensive. Never again.
