My complaint is not with the individual cleaners, although the last cleaner I had was horrible. Most others were fine. My complaint is with the company. This is a subscription service. They make canceling the service nearly impossible and continue to deduct from your bank account and then refuse to provide a refund even though it was clear that my request to cancel was received in advance of them taking my money. There is no phone number to call to speak to someone, only email. They use deceptive practices. Their website is designed in a way that you cannot find where or how to cancel. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.
