Horrible service. Maids are often late. Lousy quality of maid. Do not buy this scam. If you try and get out they want to charge you an arm and a leg for your first clean. Seriously 0 star service. I don't believe these reviews, they must be fake

Edit: The owner has mentioned that drive time is not included. We were billed $259.91 for 2 hrs and 15 minutes of cleaning, if you feel cleaners are worth 130$ an hour then this company will be a good choice for you.

Our latest cleaning came out to $94 an hour even after adding a half hour of drive time. Are these cleaners making 50 an hour? Deep cleaning was never finished (they overbook their workers days and double booked our timeslot) and the latest cleaning missed numerous surfaces. Their deep clean is lacking and don't expect them to move a book to clean under on a regular day.

Employees were fine and happy to fix missed spots but management seems wildly greedy or incompetent with these margins

We just signed up with Dazzle and wow! Fantastic work!! Percy was amazing - did such a good job and he communicated so clearly and thoughtfully with us. We are so happy we signed up!

I scheduled recurring cleanings for months with dazzle cleaning. They did a good job, however their rescheduling policy is brutal. They charge the full price of the service (approx $200 for a 1 bedroom of 600sq ft) if you do not notify within 72 hours.

I needed to reschedule a Monday morning cleaning and sent the email out on a Friday hoping they could work with me (granted, I didn't give 72 hours notice - I gave 65 hours notice) but they were not open to it. I would have looked past this except there was a prior incident where they were overbooked and tried to reschedule the morning of with borderline rude communication.

I hate to leave this review as some of the cleaners are really lovely and do a good job, but the scheduling office is unpleasant to work with.

I’ve used Dazzle off and on for years. Always impressed with the job they do. This time everyone arrived early and immediately got to work. My house has never looked so good. Looking forward to the next cleaning!

WOW, does our place look great! Kaira and Sam came for our deep cleaning and as usual, they did an amazing job. We have various guests coming over the best month and I’ve never been so excited now that the place is so spotless. Kiara and Sam paid special attention to the spots that were causing me the most anxiety (the bathroom and baseboards), and went above and beyond what I expected. Everything is fresh and clean, they were super patient with our excitable dog and us being slow to leave the house, and were all around pleasant to have in our home. I can’t recommend Dazzle enough for the top tier service and the cool benefits of planting trees and giving a little extra to our wonderful cleaners for reviews. Happy Pride Month, y’all!
