Alyssa was very informative and polite. I am very skeptical of things and do not trust many people. She was able to convince me that they can help me fulfill my dream of owning a home sooner than I was anticipating. The only complaint was she did not call me as she said she would, a couple weeks after our initial visit, I did call and have begun the process. I just pray it goes as quickly as Alyssa says it should.
