So far so good. They do stay in contact good. The only thing I wish is that when they're ready for a payment, we might get a little more notice. They called me the day of and luckily we had the funds. However, I know this can be hard to do given the circumstances.

They were very helpful and I Am So Satisfied with their business that they're going to give me everything was excellent

Miguel was very nice and explain the process to me and even answered all my questions.

the only regret I have is not going with them sooner! they don't charge a monthly fee like the other companies you pay them when they get the work done every round! I love it! when I started I was in the 560's now going into my 3rd round I'm at 677! and they guide you in the right direction

As a nurse with student loans and medical bills, the Credit Repairmen has shown me light at the end of my dark credit tunnel. Kathy is very knowledgeable and has excellent customer service. Overall satisfied with the assistance of this company, however nothing comes free! I do not mind paying for services, especially if they are to my benefit, but I dislike paying for rude customer service. If it weren't for Jackie who is always in good spirit and doesn't mind "Customer Service' then I would have chosen another company. Jackie was not the only reason, I obviously chose this company because I need the assistance, but I also chose them because of all the positive reviews that us consumers rant and or rave about. Well, I just called to speak to someone there regarding my case and I seemed to be of a bother to her. Joanie would be individual I am referring to and just so happens to be my case manager. I was calling regarding two matters and her response was condescending and made it seem as if I'm incompetent. No enthusiasm whatsoever, didn't have an answer when asked...
