She was wonderful. Even though it was only the introductory call, she explained to me brielfly what I should expect on a monthly basis and what they were going to do to help me, like the update emails and the videos with tips. So far I am very pleased, they really out my mind at ease.

Not very happy no one checks in on how things are coming along. Only time they called me was about my first payment. Kathy was helpful to push out my 1st payment due to a death in the family. Overall not satisfied with the lack of communication and progress seems very vague
