I had a personal injury claim, involving a dog bite. The 1st call put me at ease, at that time, it was a nice lady named Amber who I spoke with. Amber was very informative and patient. She walked me through the process and kept me in the loop as things happened. Unfortunately for them the dog owner was very rude, mean and uncooperative who ignored and dismissed us as he felt he could but the lawyers at Collins Law did not give up and did what they needed to do to get this case closed, and within a few months my case was settled and I couldn't be more happy.
