The Cleaning Guy

For this to be a professional cleaning company, I expected a much better cleaning job. They did an "ok" job, but definitely not worth the money they charged!!! I choose this company because of their years of experience listed online, however, I will never use them again for any future cleaning needs. The floors were not swept or mopped in a satisfactory condition. In fact, I had to resweep the floors and spray down kitchen counter myself. The refrigerator was also not cleaned very good. Overall, I just did not get the best cleaning for the money charged and could've done a better job myself.

One of the ladies left the room, when I was trying to show them where things were. She walked around the apartment by herself, doing I do not know what. She was on her phone most of the time. Garbage was not taken out, it was on the list, and the list was on the kitchen table. They did not clean under the wheeled microwave card in the kitchen. Very much not impressed. I have left messages for Jeff to call and he has not. Very unhappy with the whole experience
