First impression, was poor and we were greeted by locals at the video poker machine. We waited for 10-15 minutes at the door. No hostess showed up to greet us or show us to our table. We ordered drinks and the glasses were very dingy and gross looking. They probably need to use stronger chemicals to clean off the dinginess on the glassware. When food arrived we asked our burgers with no onions and pickles and when it arrived it had them and the waiter just said my bad and walked to the back. The penne and cheese had way too much garlic and it was overheating. Service was sub par for a steakhouse and was on unprofessional for this type of dining. I wouldn't recommend this place for dining. Waiter had jeans, sweatshirt and a hat and a long beard. For a fine dining restaurant,you would expect something more casual and semi professional. If I could would give it 0 stars.
