New management took over and fired the entire staff that has worked there for YEARS!! They "slimmed down" their menu to what is absolute garbage. The original menu and food was amazing. In a small town where places like this are a go to, it's disappointing to see it go down in this manner.

We went in with a large group, the server was very efficient, she separated checks, processed payment, smiled, she was amazing. Sorry I was the last person of the group and did not get her name.
I wish there would of been music playing in the background.

Came in at 7:00, left at 8:10, food never made it to the table

The Cazadero Steakhouse Replied: Nola, we are so terribly sorry for the delay. We are down a cook and in the process of changing our menu to allow for quicker food times with a smaller amount of cooks until we can get fully staffed again. The first time here and it was packed, never the less we were able to get in and order. Food took a little time to cone, but with as busy as they were, we didn't mind. However, at the end of the meal, we were treated to free desert for the time the kitchen took. We had a good experience and will most likely be going again and again.
