I love the Big 65 because Karl listens to what my concerns are regarding costs and which healthcare plan benefits me the best. He is knowledgeable and doesn’t steer you in one direction or another. He gives you great options and you make your decision. Therefore I recommend Karl for anyone needing Medicare information or drug plans. Great job Karl!

I love the Big 65 because Karl is very efficient, personable, knowledgeable, and most of all, he is patient in answering questions. He truly brings choosing Medicare and supplements down to a level that I can understand. He sends a newsletter via e-mail to keep you updated, but not overwhelmed throughout the year. My husband and I have enjoyed Karl’s help since 2012.
