Kris took on a tough job on our behalf in 2020. We wanted to move to Montana from Washington State but couldn't put our house in WA on the market before securing one here because the market there was and still is super hot (we sold within three days of listing and three offers to choose from). Apparently, sellers here didn't or couldn't understand this and we lost out on houses left and right, even had one under contract with deadlines for everything but the owners decided to back out before even one deadline was up and sell it to someone else. This led to a lot of frustration and Kris managed it all and came through big time for us. The house we ended up buying is just fantastic and we couldn't be happier living here but it couldn't have happened without Kris explaining to the owners our predicament and stressing that we were a legit buyer and there really was nothing to worry about....
