Fantastic experience with Kris and Ashley. Unfortunately, I attempted to buy a house in the middle of a housing boom so properties were not lasting very long. Kris was great about keeping me up to date on new properties as they became available. He was extremely flexible with my schedule allowing me to see houses after hours and weekends. When we couldn’t find a house that fit my needs he was very good at coming up with alternative strategies. We ended up finding a new build not yet on the market that was perfect.
