The Appraisal Station was hired to appraise my home by the buyers. Karen was delightful and explained what she would be doing since I was unfamiliar with the process. She also asked great questions that made me feel confident she was working diligently to assess an accurate appraisal. She accommodated my dogs being home and followed COVID safety precautions. I highly recommend this company.

I never write reviews, and I try to give people the benefit of the doubt. But the entire industry knows in Columbus Ohio to stay as far away from this company as possible. Look at any review site. The bad part is they don't even care, there is no recourse against appraisers. If they do a bad job it doesn't stop them from getting business because real estate agents and lenders have very little control. This company activity tries to prevent people from achieving their dream of home ownership by providing extremely low appraisals that other appraisers laugh at, in addition they ask for unnecessary repairs just so they can go back out to the property over and over so they can collect more money. A lot of us in the industry including other appraisers are gathering information and evidence of this and taking it to HUD and the VA to hopefully get them removed. Nobody is asking to...
