They lease a building to my employer. We have waited MONTHS for new windows that are actually dangerously in need of repair. The lobby of our building is out of early 1990’s. It is so outdated it’s embarrassing. The lobby bathroom is the same outdated look with a toilet seat that is barely holding on by one side and has never been fixed. They move at a snails pace to get anything done. (If it ever gets done at all). When I hear the term “slum lord” I think of them.
