ML2 Hair Design

I've been going through Rick for around 1-2 years now and he cuts very skillfully. I've had two others from ML2 cut my hair but their style is very basic. The customer service there isn't very friendly and won't suck up to you but don't take it personal, it's all about business.

I had an appointment for 5 o'clock. Got there at 5:02 they told me it won't be until 6:30 because the stylist was to busy. This place is the worst ever

This is the best salon in Houston. I've been their client since 2007 and always been happy with their excellent service and expertise.

The first time I was there, I cut my long hair to a really short one. Ming Li did a wonderful job. I love how he styled my hair. Ming Li is always courteous and friendly. I always asked for him when I went there. I would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you Ming Li ~

called in today...for information on their timing and prices
very uncordial front desk ..they don't believe in talking politely for 3 minutes ..than how would they invest time in cutting hair ..
I think owner should teach them some communication skills of greeting too
I am professional myself but I was very disappointed with their way of talking .. I will never go for their services
