I’ve been a customer here for over a year and i’m quite satisfied with their service until today. The store closes at 7:00 so I try to rush in at 6:30. I know it is kinda late and I am totally ok if you guys refuse to have my hair cut and ask me to come back tomorrow. But no, a lady was still ok and agree to cut my hair. Usually, before they cut hair for customers, they have customers’ hair washed first then cut. But this time, the lady goes straight to the 2nd step. I went there so many times and the average time that they provide all the service is at least 15-20 minutes, but this time the lady completes all steps with in just 7 minutes, yes 7 minutes. She applied the wax on hair after that so my hair cut looks good. But when i finish dinner with friends, i release that my hair band is not even.
