Michael Mallory is my stylist. I have been using him twice a month for well over 2 years now. Many superlatives can be used to describe Michael’s talents but to keep it on point I’ll just say he is the BEST in Houston! He has techniques that he incorporates which are unique. His eye for detail is exquisite. Michael is also a professional photographer which carries over to his vision for excellence. Daniel made sure my very first hair salon experience was amazing! The target hair color I was looking to achieve was dark blue. Given that I have black brown hair, bleaching was necessary. The process took 5 hours, but it was a very pleasant experience. Had a great conversation with Daniel the entire time. He had severe allergies that day, but he was a trooper and did an amazing job. I have received several compliments of the hair color. I am very satisfied with this experience at ML2. I will definitely return for trim and color with Daniel. Thank you for all of your hard work!

Update: 4 weeks later. Blue hair is hard to upkeep. Though the color faded quick, Daniel was kind enough to recolor it back. Second time around, the color is deep and beautiful. Thank you again! Will be back!

I haven't had my hair cut in over 2 years and coming into ML2 I was very nervous since I've had long hair for a long time, I didn't know what would look well with me.
I brought some pictures to show to the stylist and Rick (absolute god send of a man) guided me through all his thoughts on what would and wouldn't work with my hair type, I naturally have thinner hair. Rick taught me about styling, how to use hair product, and he was also great to joke around with. If you're making big changes to your hair, don't feel afraid to ask and ask because Rick ( and ML2 as a whole ) is always patient and here to make sure you have a good experience.
Absolutely would recommend and I do plan to come back!
