The receptionist's customer service skills was sub par. When I tried to schedule the appointment over the phone and spoke chinese to her, she declared that she doesn't speak Chinese. Ok, fine. Switched to English but she still couldn't understand my request and she was speaking broken English back to me. She ended up asking someone else to help her with scheduling. Couple days later when I arrived to the salon, she didn't great me nor acknowledge my existence. Definitely not the type of service I was expecting to get. The salon was nice but having an incompetent employee is such a shame. To work at Chinatown and being in America she couldn't speak neither of the languages, and doesn't know how to great customers, maybe the receptionist job isn't a right fit for her. Not a pleasant experience overall, I prefer the ML 22 by the hmart across street.
