Overcharged me but my hair is fire

If there's a zero star I would've chosen it. The hairstylist with red and yellow dyed hair, completely ruined my hair, was not communicating as he chopped my hair, and the result was completely different from the multiple example pictures I showed him. Will not recommend.

Used to come regularly. Suggested wife make an appointment. Due to traffic we were going to be a bit late to the appointment so called ahead to let them know. They told us they will not hold the appointment despite the appointment being 1 hour and my wife never needing that much time for her hair. UNACCEPTABLE level of accommodation and customer service. Probably because it’s Saturday and they’ll make more money from walk ins. None of us will be coming back.
