I was very disappointed by my first visit! I have been plagued by a “NO SHOW “ for over 3 mos. which I told you about! Then when I was told of your coming once more I had a “No show” with your people! They were 1 1/2 hrs late. The deep cleaning I paid for was no more than what I would expect from a reg. Visit. I wanted to be here to make sure that everything got done but because of your late coming, I was called away to a Drs appt The furniture didn’t get vacuumed and when I returned an hour later, I was too tired to get my fridge done. Punctuality and thoroughness were first and foremost on my list!( neither the two were accomplished! We live in our home year round , not part time,and expect a good job!
