Rob at That Guy With a Broom is great and wants to make sure his customers are happy with their services. My first cleaning was not super and Rob made sure it was taken care of. I have been very pleased with the cleaning ever since. We don't rent on a consistent basis, so I love their flexibility on days and times they can clean and the ease of scheduling.
