First session, team was one person short, with two people. The staff was great but obviously under time constraints and can only do so much in two hours. This time they only need to concentrate on first floor as second has not been used. I am sure, my expectations and value received will Mel over time. The objective is for the service to do the "heavy lifting" which I can no longer do. Barbara & Mike
