The cleaners were efficient and did a great job. I gave the experience 3 stars for communication and customer service. Communication was primarily via email and responses even before the cleaning were more focused on company operations (pay in advance, set up a recurring and monthly schedule, etc). I was put on a recurring schedule and automatic pay even before my first cleaning. Also, I was not informed that they do not prepare beds until after I committed to the first cleaning. After the cleaning, I responded to their email with suggested dates for a next cleaning and never received a response. This company is better suited for vacation rentals rather than FT homeowners seeking regular cleanings with some flexibility for scheduling.
