We had our carpets cleaned when we were out of town - I felt totally comfortable having Tetris in our home without us here. When we returned, we were greeted by beautifully clean carpets. The stains were gone, and weeks later, everything still looks great. I really appreciate DJ and his team!

Absolutely top-notch service from start to finish. Was able to schedule through DJ with very short notice and then received text and email confirmations, not only when initially booked, but also when the tech was en route on the day of service. Our tech, Travis, was probably the most conscientious and diligent person in the field. Explained everything beforehand and performed a miracle on our tile/grout. Another amazing example of this company’s attention to detail is in the pic; these were placed throughout the house. Not a single scuff mark on our walls, and carpet and tile that now looks brand new. Definitely the best in the business. And ask for Travis to be the tech, if he’s available.

DJ's team was punctual, efficient and effective in addition to being friendly and nice. Usually you can have it either fast or good. These guys delivered both.

Tetris is a great company! Right from the get go the communication was excellent and very well organized. DJ handled all of the up from communication and got us all setup. They were fast in responding to our needs. We two large pets and 5 kids so our carpets take a beating! Our technician was prompt and courteous and very friendly! He got right to it and clearly explained the process. He ensured we knew about the quote beforehand and upfront about any additional charges on pet stain removal. Clear and honest. After that he got right to it and man alive after three years of no cleaning our carpets look great! I was impressed with how thorough the service was! Will have Tetris out every 6 months to keep the carpets looking awesome! Price and service is unbeatable!!!
