Since we are moving soon, Tetris quickly fit us into their busy schedule, which I appreciate. The woman who answers the phones, sets up the service calls, and texts is fabulous too. Great customer service and super helpful! I'll be using them again in our new home!

Tetris did a fantastic job on both my carpets and area rugs. They had the right equipment to address issues from caring for an ailing pet. DJ was prompt to come out to make sure he could offer the right solution and I'm super happy with the job he did. Highly recommend!

Another carpet cleaning company referred us to Tetris when we explained that our carpet had been saturated by an overflowed toilet. I was promised that DJ would really take care of us, and he did! He came out to examine our situation the same day we called and educated us about how to deal with flooded carpet in case (God forbid) it ever happened again. He then explained how we could tear out the carpet pad and replace it ourselves, so as to save us money, and was kind enough to re-staple the carpet for us for free when he came back to do the cleaning. He was kind, informative, courteous, friendly, and very responsive! We couldn't recommend Tetris highly enough.
