The whole experience was excellent. I booked online and then the owner called me to confirm and to tell me what to expect. He asked thorough questions so that he was prepared for the service. On the day of the service, he called to tell me that he would be early (I love when people are early). He did such an amazing job, that I could swear the carpet looks better than when the home was finished 7 months ago. Service was top notch and he was very friendly. Surprisingly affordable, too!

DJ with Tetris was prompt,, efficient, and the job was done in a timely matter. He was very knowledgeable and personable. We highly recommend him and the company.
