Awesome experience here! Julio was polite and professional, and the shop's vibe was super cool and relaxed. I'm recommending this place to all of my similarly long-haired musician friends.

I had a terrible experience, but Julio called me and personally apologized and wanted to hear my concerns. I received a full refund, but I will not be returning as I've never received such an awful haircut. It was rushed and I had to go back myself and even out parts that were uneven, or missed entirely. Overall, an uncomfortable and unprofessional experience.

Wonderful service here. Julio was incredibly polite and professional. He even helped me craft a new look since I was looking to freshen up after 3 straight months of bar exam studying. The haircut + straight shave came out immaculate. The oil face massage and hot towels were great additions, highly recommend. Overall, a very classy experience at an affordable price.
