TL;DR - Tipped a small amount when making my appointment with the intention of tipping more after the haircut. Barber took the small pre-service tip personally and denied me the hot towel, which was advertised as included with the service. Make sure you include the service you advertise on the website.
Great haircut, but terribly entitled attitude and lack of professionalism. The barber, Ruben, denied me the hot towel service that was supposed to be included in the $60 Signature Temple Haircut I paid for.
