Tax Master Plus

My fiance filed taxes here and it has been a problem ever since. Call and can't never get through. When you do she is with a client and doesn't even attempt to contact you back. Have very specific questions regarding our current years tax return. She put him down as single instead of head of household which he's claimed for the past 11 years making more and less. So we definitely got back ALOT less this year becaus of that. Then we were supposed to get our money via the prepaid card given to us and then come to find out it's coming to her in the form of a check to print for us. Cannot get a answer or call back to even find out if it's there as we really needed it. Will NEVER use this place again. I called prior to making this review just to see if I would get an answer so I can address this with her without having to come to the internet. But I did not so clearly this is the only way.
