I am very happy with Tanz, Inc.'s beginning and ending season services. However, I was very disappointed when I Tried to call tanz at both the main number, and the service department because I wanted to change the watering schedule to coincide with Glen Rock's mandate for Sunday and Wednesday watering only, and also avoid the outrageous water bills I was receiving. No one ever picked up a phone. I left several messages, and finally even left messages on the Message Board on the website. Finally, the one day I was not available to answer the phone, someone did call on a Saturday and left a message to call back. Calling back on Monday resulted in the same drill - no one answered, and no response to my phone message.
