Today I had my Sprinkler System activated and checked by Javier Perez, (No relation), who works for Tanzer Inc. Mr. Perez was timely, respectful, knowledgeable and found two areas that needed repair. He informed me of the problem and the cost of the repair. Javier Perez got the necessary tools and parts and got busy. I have been a client at Tanzer Inc. for many years and this person who represents your company was flawless and efficient. Last year I had a complete opposite experience with a person that was not knowledgeable at all which resulted in a waste of time and much frustration. Thank you for having Javier Perez servicing customers. He represents Tanzer Inc. at an extremely high level. Please let him know that I was 100% pleased with his service today.
